ALLinPav Comes Close Second in the partypoker Predator

The highstakes weekend grind on partypoker produced a so-close but no-cigar for Team online streamer Hristivoje ALLinPav Pavlovic, a runner-up spot in the Sunday HR Predator continuing an excellent run of form for the Aussie fans favourite…

The $1050 buy-in PKO format Predator featured a host of big names in at the deep end, with Alex FkTheseGuysBro Foxen, Kenny Spacey1891 Hallaert as well as Pavlovic’s partypoker team-mate, Josip JozinhoPP Simunic, all making the final five from an initial field of 152 entries.

The spoiler, for want of a better phrase, proved to be Finnish-based Canadian Russell rdcrsnn Carson, steamrolling his way to a $40,000 payday – the rake-free $25,642 bounty making up a big chunk of that cash.

Not that ALLinPav will be disheartened at all by his 2nd place, his recent form making 2019 – and partypoker’s decision to sign him up – a phenomenal one so far…

Heading down a notch in stakes, the $530 buy-in Sunday High Roller Grind saw a very familiar name topping the $100k guaranteed tournament, WWWpartyCOM living up to his name.

Last year saw the anonymous crusher land a partypoker POWERFEST title and massive $221k payday after defeating partypoker pro Anatoly NL_Profit Filatov heads-up for the $5300 SHR Championship title.

Yesterday, a heads-up deal with delightfully-named PotatoLottery brought him $21k, with fellow Canadians yukson and BEEN_FACTORY taking 3rd and 5th, Russian grinder sweet_dreammm sandwiched inbetween in 4th.

Staying at the same $530 buy-in, the Sunday HR Clasico drew 190 entriespartypoker adding $10k into the kitty to produce another $20k+ winner’s cheque…

It looked for a while as tough the strong Swedish presence at the deep end would see the blue and yellow crossed flag flying atop the winner’s podium, but Malta-based highstakes reg spera9k1 upset the poker smorgasbord with a heads-up win…

It should be mentioned that the $109 version of the Clasico went to a partypoker favourite, and another Maltese resident pro, Monika HeyMonia Zukowicz streaming her victory, but with ‘more important’ things on her mind!

Back up at the $1050 buy-in level, we saw a Russian 1-2 in the $200k guaranteed Sunday High Roller Deepstack, sweet_dreammm having an excellent Sunday with a heads-up chop worth $38,000.

Fellow Russian CrazyLissy was the official winner with the extra $$ in the pocket, with Roman SanityWaterline Romanovsky the biggest name at the final table - $9,000 for 6th place a very decent return for the Ukrainian online MTT world leader.

Last but not least (well, as far as partypoker’s highstakes buy-ins go it was!) we had the $100k GTD Sunday Deepstack, with 710 entries in the $215 buy-in tournament producing a huge $142k prizepool.

The winner was another previous POWERFEST winner, Barsukeen holding off the challenge of Canada’s The1nOnlyJonG, and a $25,347 payday the worthy result

Well, that’s it for another partypoker Sunday – join us again next Monday to catch up on the big news and big winners from online poker’s best highstakes grind.
